All organic Grapes are harvested and primary fermentation takes place in vat. The wine is then finished for 15-18 months in stainless steel tanks, then bottled. Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan. 40-60 years old. Clay and limestone, very stony on the surface. Brilliant deep purple-ruby color. Expansive nose of bright red and black fruits, a hint of licorice. The palate is dense with silky smooth tannins. Full, round and smooth, a very easy drinking wine. Elegant finish with lasting fruit and slightly spicy note.
