A youngster by Italian winemaking standards, Fabio Motta started his own winery back in 2009 after some years working for Michele Satta. 70% Vermentino, 15% Viognier and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from the ‘Vignanova’ vineyard in Bolgheri’s Fornacelle area. Graceful and subtle with sensations of broom flowers and acacia. The Viognier gives some delicate notes of exotic fruits. As it opens the nose becomes even more important with sensations of almond. Very elegant and rich in the mouth, sapid and good acidity. Refreshing and delicious on its own or with seafood or roast fowl.
